The Bolle RXPACK All Inclusive Prescription Pack is an all-in-one prescription service for safety glasses which includes the frame, lenses and opticians dispensing fees.

This is a simple, practical and straightforward process that will allow you to obtain prescription safety glasses with the guaranteed quality and reliability of the Bolle Safety brand, just complete your personal details in the top section of the form and take it to your local optician, who will complete the prescription details and send the form to Bolle Safety.

• STEP 1 Complete all of your personal/employer details in the top section of the form
• STEP 2 Visit your nearest Boots opticians or independent optician with the prescription form
• STEP 3 Boots opticians have the Bollé Safety frames available for you to view and select
• STEP 4 Your optician will complete the technical section of the form
• STEP 5 The completed form will then be sent to Bollé Safety by your optician for processing
• STEP 6 When your safety glasses are manufactured, they will be sent directly back to your optician
• STEP 7 Your optician contacts you to arrange an appointment and advise the glasses are ready for collection and final fitting

You can choose single vision or varifocal lenses with any power up to -/+8.

These polycarbonate lenses feature Bolle’s exclusive Platinum double sided anti-scratch and anti-fog coating, and are tested and approved to EN166/170 1F KN.

In addition, you will have a choice of over  20 different frame styles, including wrap-around & metal frames as well as sealed eyewear options for the most secure fit.

Your tailor-made safety glasses will then be manufactured by Bolle Safety to the highest standard and, once ready, will be delivered to your optician who will then contact you to arrange a final fitting.
