The Peltor Optime 3 ear defenders have been developed by 3M to provide high performance noise reduction for use in extremely noisy environments such as airports, power stations, print works and marine engine rooms. They can reduce noise by up to 34dB.
The hold casing’s special design is equipped with double casing technology minimises resonance that results in a much more effective high frequency attenuation. The large space within the cups also helps to reduce the build up of moisture and heat. It’s internal foam cushioning helps the wearer to stay comfortable for long periods of time that are also replaceable as hygiene kits should they become worn or damaged.
Several adapter options are available with model, maximising compatibility with a wide range of hard hat helmets.
