Description

The JSP HardCap Aerolite Lightweight Bump Cap in black provides comfortable head protection for workplaces where there is a risk of knocks or bumps against stationary objects. Weighing less than 135g, it combines a tough full HDPE shell with a lightweight EPP impact liner without the bulk of a conventional safety helmet.

The short 2.5cm peak helps improve upward visibility, making the cap suitable for work in confined areas and locations where a longer peak could obstruct the wearer’s view. Open-weave fabric panels encourage airflow and help reduce heat build-up during extended wear.

Reflective side panels and piping improve visibility in low-light environments. The moisture-wicking sweatband and comfort padding are treated with Polygiene®, helping to control odour-causing bacteria and keep the cap comfortable and fresh.
