Hardcap A1+ Bump Cap

The unique angled adjuster designed to fit under the occipital bone at the rear of the skull means that one size really does fit all, particularly when combined with the castellated protective liner. The liner is removable, therefore the cap part is machine-washable for hygiene purposes. It has a terrytowelling sweatband for added comfort and all colour-ways have subtle reflective piping for added visibility safety.

Reflective Piping
Reflective piping on all models adds extra visibility and therefore safety in all working environments.

Ventilation
Extra holes in the liner plus the two mesh panels on the outer mean added ventilation for coolness and comfort.

Unique Adjuster
Unique one-handed angled adjuster to quickly fit, giving true one size fits all. Sizing ranges from 53cm to 63cm headsize.

All Round Protection
The protective liner protects against impacts from the sides as well as from above. It is also removable, so the outer cap is fully washable for hygiene purposes and extended life cycle.

Sweat Band
Terry towelling sweatband adds comfort and absorption for the wearer.

1. Head Protection
PowerCap® Infinity® is built around the super strong ABS shell of the EVO®5 Olympus® industrial safety helmet. Fitted with the Revolution® Flex wheel ratchet harness, the helmet is designed to reduce pressure for the perfect fit and all-day comfort.

2. High Efficiency Filters
High capacity HEPA filters coupled with aerodynamically optimised pre-filter covers ensure PowerCap® Infinity® delivers 160 litres per minute of clean air to the user with maximum battery efficiency. Filters can be changed easily with the quick-change bayonet system.

PowerCap® Infinity® provides users with clean air to the level of EN 12941:1998 + A2:2008 TH3P – The highest possible rating with an APF of 40.

3. Panoramic Impact Visor
The optical class 1 visor offers impact protection at speeds of up to 270mph (Tested using a 6mm steel ball bearing). The visor has a replaceable peel-off visor protector to prolong its life.

The PowerCap® Infinity® has been designed by the JSP R&D team, inspired by feedback received from workers who regularly wear Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR). The goal was to fully understand the issues these users face and to develop a unit that performs above and beyond any other unit on the market.

VISIONARY PROTECTION
The EVO- VISTA- has been developed from the ground up to seamlessly integrate with a wide range of above the neck PPE. The helmet combines a super strong ABS shell designed for superior all day protection with the comfort benefits of the Evolution- 3D-Adjustment harness system.

SAFETY CELL PROTECTION
As part of JSP’s ongoing product development philosophy the EVO- VISTA- has not just been designed to meet a standard but to exceed it on many levels. JSP prioritise the needs and safety of the wearer, and the safety cell is born from that commitment. The safety cell concept prevents ricocheting debris travelling up the eyewear and impacting the scalp. In addition the overspec cannot make contact with the scalp, preventing injury should it be forced back on to the safety cell.

PRESCRIPTION PROTECTION
Fully compatible with prescription eyewear, the EVO- VISTAshield- allows the individual wearer’s prescription glasses to be comfortably worn underneath the integrated overspec, reducing cost and ensuring protection and vision are not compromised.

FULLY ADJUSTABLE
The EVO- VISTAshield- is effortless to retract and deploy. Pivots smoothly allowing the wearer to adjust the faceshield position maximising coverage and protection.

COMPATIBILITY
EVO- VISTAshield- has been specifically designed to maximise compatibility with JSP respirators such as the Force-8 PressToCheck and the Sonis- helmet mounted ear defender range.

VENTILATION
The shell is dual vented to increase comfort and allow a cooling air flow, reducing helmet temperature by an average 2-3 degrees. Ventilation is optional.

CR2 REFLECTIVITY
CR2 is a high intensity reflective material offering, on average, 60% more reflectivity than standard reflective clothing. CR2 is optional.

COVERAGE
EVO- VISTAshield- has been designed to maximise facial coverage and is compact so does not compromise wearer movement.

VISION
The optical class 1 visor offers a panoramic view with minimal distortion. Conforms to EN166.1.AT offering impact protection at speeds of up to 425mph (685kph) tested using a 6mm steel ball bearing.

ID CARD HOLDER
Clear plastic ID card holder fits standard business card size identification. Simple push and slide mechanism. A lamp bracket is positioned at the top of the unit. ID card holder is optional.

Don the Mask – Put the straps and harness over your head and pull the straps to a suitably tight and comfortable fit.

PRESS IT!
PressToCheck – Press the front and backs of both filter covers together to stop air from entering through the filters.

CHECK IT!
Inhale – No air should come through the mask. Adjust the mask and repeat until it doesn’t. Release when seal is made.
